In her previous life living as a Sales Director in London Emma was responsible for coaching and managing a team of 50 salespeople, which was an enjoyable but challenging and stressful environment, she used my love of dancing, yoga and music to let off steam whenever she could. A diagnosis of breast cancer on her 40th birthday changed her life dramatically, but her love for movement never died. It was during her recovery that she followed a lifelong dream to study Dance Movement Psychotherapy as well as Yoga Teacher Training to strengthen her previous children’s yoga, dance and meditation experience.
Emma, a children’s yoga teacher and coach, who will blend her skills with the natural world, teaching the children how to use all their senses when outdoors as well as how to incorporate these in their daily lives. She will use the different aspects of nature (wind, sun, rain etc) to help the children understand their own emotions and will take the children on a somatic journey using a story (both from a book as well as made up by the children) to help them to embrace their creativity and use their imagination to express themselves.
“Banana Camps Ibiza UK is an amazing experience for both kids and parents. My children had a blast and made so many new friends. The staff is friendly and professional, and the activities are diverse and engaging. We can't wait to come back!”
“We were looking for a unique and meaningful way to spend our family vacation, and Banana Camps Ibiza UK exceeded our expectations. The programs are well-designed and cater to different age groups, ensuring that everyone is challenged and having fun. We highly recommend it!”
“As a working parent, I was looking for a reliable and safe option for my children during school breaks. Banana Camps Ibiza UK not only provided that, but also gave my kids an unforgettable experience. They came back more confident and independent, and with amazing stories to tell. Thank you!”
